    Customer training programs
    We provide training to the system administrator and users to improve their skills and familiarity to make best use of IT infrastructure and reduce down time of machines. Training also cover Virus detection, Disk cleaning etc. We work closely with customer EDP administrator and share latest happening in IT technologies.
    We will provide training to users on operational problems, network usage, new technologies evolving etc. periodically as per mutual agreement. We can discuss the areas where training is required and arrive at a time of mutual agreement. We will also discuss about the problems faced by users and the measures to be taken, so that they donít occur again.
    It will be of Globalís responsibility to suggest new technologies which can be of help to CUSTOMERS. Based on the asset management, which we will do, we will also suggest you in case any up gradation if required.
    We will have meeting with a designated person from CUSTOMER. once every quarter to look at suggestions and issues on support provided by us.
